I think that there are many who have stood on the side of the Golden Gate Bridge have had this thought.
I saw the sign on my walk across it this morning and it made me stop, as big feelings rose inside me.
Sometimes when life throws us really horrible things and demand that we push through regardless of how broken we feel inside, it might seem that we have only one way out of this pain.
Sometimes the pain and terror and agony of going on feels so overwhelming that it’s easier to… not.
