This series focuses on the #Salesforce Project Manager role for Consulting Partners which is quite different than the role at and end customer.

In-house #ProjectManager at an end client has a different role, where they help with #ChangeManagement as well as #BenefitsRealisation and is generally there to ensure embedding and successful user adoption.

The PM from a Consulting Partner will need to ensure ramp-up, successful execution and close down for their project before they can move on to the next one.

This is the role that I know and am comfortable with, so I can talk about it. The topics below are 𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙣𝙩 in the management of a consulting project.

So for example, the Scope & Requirement section will talk about the Management of this workstream, and not how to elicit requirements (that can be found in my Consulting Discovery Masterclass).

Resourcing and Team Management will focus on the resource selection, onboarding and offboarding. Creating and managing High Performing Team is a topic I cover in my ZenHao Academy Membership (registration opens in April) and fortnightly workshops for members.

All I can say is this series below is aimed at anyone looking to move into the Project Management role at a Salesforce Consulting Partner.
