We are learning that about Story Points tonight and what makes a simple user story.
Question: Why is creating data model or deactivating users not a “simple” task?
Answer: It’s because you need to do a lot of re-work to make sure you don’t get it wrong. And if you do get it wrong, the implication can be very messy. 💩
