#ChangeManagement at a volunteer organisation is a completely different beast 🦩
I know – I’ve lived it for so long.
I’ve been a #Samaritans listening volunteer for 17 years, and I know that in my bones, you can only get volunteers to accept change when it speaks to their mission.
Bribery with donuts and cakes can only go so far 😬
