A disciplined mind

“A disciplined mind writes Gold Standard user stories.” Buddha

OK, haha! Maybe she didn’t say that!
😁

It still doesn’t change the fact that all consultants, either #Salesforce or #Microsoft or anyone else involved in building and configuring great software needs to write strong requirements.

It also doesn’t matter what format its in:
– solutions document
– user stories
– process / journey mapping
– wire frames
– mock ups…

The crucial component of writing or documenting excellent requirements is actually the first part.

𝗟𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 and 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴

It doesn’t matter if you build the most beautiful mansion in the world if what I actually wanted was a rustic cottage.

Gold Standard means just that.
It exceeds expectations.

How often do we encounter gold standard service in our day to day life?

In order to be an outstanding consultant, I believe that we should always strive to be Gold Standard.

This is 𝗻𝗼𝘁 the same as “Perfect”.

You can provide Gold Standard within the constraints of your budget and scope, for example.

It’s deep care for the quality of your work.
It’s doing things the right way.
It’s producing something you are proud of.

This is the type of ethics I coach into my project delivery team.

Providing Gold Standard Discoveries is what I aim to do, and that’s why I’ve designed a Masterclass that can help partners do just that.

With role plays and group skills practice to embed the key skills of being a really good consultant, I focus on
– asking artful questions and listening actively
– feeling and understanding vibe and energy, and be able to respond accordingly
– getting deep understanding of client requirements
– conveying our understanding through process maps, artefacts and presentations

Next Masterclass starts this Saturday 11 June.
Deets to register below.

My mission is to help make the world better… One Gold Standard Salesforce project at a time!

Jeeze that line’s cheesier than a Mac and Cheese 🧀😜

See you there?
