#ActiveListening to gain valuable feedback and insight is how we grow and be better. ❤️
And that’s what Salesforce is attempting to do.
David Gardner and Shelly Erceg opened the keynote at Albania Dreamin’ on this very important topic.
It was heartening to see them heading out to dreamin events to connect with the community, even if they are not supposed to be the corporate ‘sell sell sell’ of Salesforce events like Dreamforce or TDX.
An observation which got me thinking about the various keynotes at these events that have stuck in my mind and made an impression.
The two top-of-mind keynotes:
1️⃣ French Touch Dreamin’ with laurent kubaski – whose wicked humour (and great timing!) alongisde a deeply relevant topic of how Agentforce could make the
#AwesomeAdmin‘s lives so much easier 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
2️⃣Irish Dreamin’ 2025 – the AI panel and guests were absolutely craic’n! The guests ranged from AI practitioners – PhD holders, leadership from legal, corporate and non-profits on the realities of AI implementation
I really love sessions that stick to the two core tenets of effective communication:
So What? — Why should we care about what you’re talking about, and
Now What? — Now that we care, what should happen next?
And so I welcome more #ListeningTours that Salesforce intends to do.
The key question we are all hoping for an answer from them is:
Now What?
Now that you’ve listened to us – What are you going to do? What are your plans? How do you show that you genuinely care about what you’ve heard?
I also really love keynotes from Guilda H. and Susannah Kate Plaisted – they are always so inspirational and so very human (which is always so welcome from the deluge of Agentforce and AI topics!)❤️
Welll… I know Albania Dreamin’ was a couple of weeks ago now, and I’ve only just had time to post this! Thank you Marilo Meta and the whole team for pulling this off – and for looking after the speakers so well 🫶🏻
You all are AMAZING 💗💗
