It’s the last time I ask Husband to help me name diagrams and stuff. 😑

I spent awhile thinking the elements of what made a really good #Salesforce Consultant (or SaConja – to those of you in the know!)

I think I’ve got it, and I will delve into each of this, one element at a time in my newsletter – although you might already get some ideas from the icons below.

By the way, this was inspired by Ian Gotts video that was featured in Vanessa Grant‘s post about the upcoming BA certification (link to her post 👇🏻)

In my newsletter issue this week, I’ll talk about item (1).

This bit is absolutely crucial, and it’s probably the one thing that separates a Salesforce consultant from consultants of other #CRM or #EnterpriseSoftware like SAP or Oracle.
