Founded by Silvia Denaro, our merry band of coaches on our steerco like Nathaniel Sombu Vicki Moritz-Henry Lawrence Newcombe at TTC meet frequently to make sure we stay true to our vision.
Nathaniel: Our two junior admins aren’t going to be able to volunteer for long because they’re going to gte a job quickly, they are that good!
Vicki: That’s a good problem to have! Even if it means our project slows down while we get replacements.
At the same time, two of my TTC projects have needed a small ‘reboot’ because of the same problem!
Our junior admins were getting experience, building skills and confidence, and then getting accepted for awesome jobs!!
How dare they!! 😠😁
All this makes me feel all tingly and happy 🥰
It’s actually a wonderful problem to have, because that means that we are making an impact.
We’ll be getting together again for the @SFDO Commons Sprint on 9 June at the Blue Fin building in Southwark, London to make even more progress on our initiative!
