I believe that just like any other tool

I believe that just like any other tool, the problem is rarely technology. Most of the time it’s the ‘people’ part of the process.

Sometimes a ratchet works better than a wrench, and sometimes a left handed scissors works better than a machete.

Depends on the person utilising the tool and the problem that needs solving.

Just like #CRM products like #Salesforce or #MicrosoftDynamics, different businesses use them in their own way.

When the selection process is considered and thoughtful, and the business case is sound, then the product might be the right fit.

Add to it a proper introspection of organisational culture instilled by leadership as well as maturity around change management (wow check out the MBA lingo bingo jargon in there! 😁)… The final chosen tool and its implementation is likely to be a success.

Really enjoyed reading voices on both sides of the fence.

I love JIRA and Confluence for what they do in the projects I implement for my clients.

But I prioritise communication and relationship over everything else.

But that’s just me. 🤷🏻
