Deepened friendships with Stacey Whitaker Yancy Whitaker, PMP 🦅🌎⚓️ Talia Johnson✨💖 Alexander Lapa Kathy Waterworth and her team did an amazing job, creating an environment that was juuust right.
And there are lots I wanted to talk about, from feeling lost and finding your way (thank you Sean Keegan for that thought provoking keynote) to having deep conversations with friends about the pain of divorce, loss, grief and life.
Especially after my second talk on “Strangers as Lifeline… Lessons from the crisis phone line on community, connection and belonging.” ❤️
I wanted to talk about how beyond what we do, beyond the craziness of world news, beyond our labels and titles… When you wave those things away, what’s left is the human connection between us.
And I have so so many doodles in my brain all queued up.
But life got busy.

Kids having exams and being teenagers…
Projects… You know, them “character-building” type 😆
It’s literally Fred the Scope Creep™ monster in real life.
Currently am on a little train-trip adventure with Sprog 2 checking out potential universities in the continent because “UK is boring” 🙄😁
So we are visiting universities in Rotterdam, Amsterdam and then heading to Prague, where he will be going pokemon hunting with a friend and *not* be attending my AWESOME talk at CzechDreamin 😒🙄😁
It’s OK, any 121 time with a teenager can only be a good thing! 🤞🏻 🤞🏻
