π©Be direct. Refer to UI element by their literal names, e.g. ‘Click S vs ‘then save’
π©Use ‘please’ sparingly, only when asking the user to do something inconvenient or the system is to blame.
π©Avoid sorry, only use in error messages that result in a serious problem for the user (e.g. data loss, or the user must contact support)
π©Don’t use exclamation marks in error messags, confirmation messages or instructional text
