How many people do you know play those games well?
Many of us find it very difficult to work with people who play mind games, simply because we don’t know where we stand with them.
A lot of companies are like that, although what Michaela Janikovicova is talking about here for my #podcast interview refers to the time when she was working briefly in the political arena in Slovakia.
What do you do when you’re in a highly political environment?
You evaluate your choices.
Do you need that particular job, in that particular company?
If yes, then you need to learn to play the game. 🏈
If no, then you put on your walking boots and strut right out – especially if the environment becomes too toxic. ☠
