The no-charge #PeiItForward Micro Workshops are back!
This time focusing on the core #Salesforce Consulting skills:
– Active Listening
– Questioning Strategies
– Communication skills (how to reduce misunderstandings)
– Managing conflicts (how to handle them without violence 🤜🏻🤕)
Those who have attended my workshops before know that I design them all to be highly engaging, with rapid sprints of groupwork, skills practice and activities.
This will give you an idea of TTEOFs (This Thing Every Other Friday)… workshops I run every 2 weeks for members of Zenhao Academy (registration opens again on 25-29 April).
I know I know, I’ve tried to change the name but everyone kept refering to TTEOF so what can I do? 🤷🏻♀️
I run these sessions every other week to allow the members to get their teeth into interesting topics.
It’s also a very safe space for group coaching, as the members can sometimes share the challenges they face in their daily Salesforce consulting roles.
Anyway, I do hope to see you on one of these Fridays!
