Interestingly, I found out from Vanessa Grant that some Partners require the Salesforce BA to do tasks that I’d expect a PM to do such as documenting team processes and ways of working, and DevOps, etc 🤨
The job role isn’t fixed in stone, and different partners do things differently.
Obviously this was recorded before the Salesforce BA cert came out but it’ll still give you a good idea of the expectations of the job role. 😊
