𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟭𝟴 – 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗮 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗶𝗻 𝟰𝟱 𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲
Rooj looked at the SoW. She leaned her chin on the palm of her hand and cocked her head thoughtfully.

“The ‘What’ and the ‘Who’ is laid down very clearly. I assume the ‘How’ is not articulated as it’s something that we may change due to circumstance?”

Grei nodded.

“Projects that do not have well written SoW with a clear “Services” section are bound to hit problems. Doing this right up front may feel clinical and ‘cold’, and I know some people prefer the fuzzy ‘agree-on-a-handshake’ situation. That’s absolutely fine… until it’s not. And when it’s not, it could get really ugly.”

This made a lot of sense.

Maybe there would be fewer divorces if couples had pre-marriage contracts that clearly articulated the responsibilities of each party and the boundaries of services.

Of course, that would be incredibly unromantic, but how many ‘romantic’ couples end up with ugly divorces?

Now wouldn’t that be an interesting idea?
