Passive-aggressive behaviour is like a zit in the baby bottom smoothness of a fun-sailling project. 😣
With humour and playfulness, I can very quickly zap that out, and elicit the true feelings of the individual, which immediately makes things better when the conversation flows. Respectfully.
Of course, it is important for me to make sure the environment is safe, and that we don’t judge, condemn or belittle anyone and their thoughts or ideas.
