These are the three questions I’d consider whenever I’m at a crossroads of my career.

The decision I make will depend on where I am in life (and what I need to be secure), and my current values.
The decision to leave a comfortable, safe and well-paying role as a senior engagement manager at Capgemini to start my own thing was not an easy one.
I was:
✅Earning
❌Learning
❌Having fun
Not my goals for where I was in life.
After so many years delivering projects, I was no longer really learning. I also saw an opportunity to start up a business which was a scary thing to do, especially during covid.
So right now, building my training and coaching business to help #salesforce partners level up their consultants, I am:
❌Earning
✅Learning
✅Having fun

I have faith that with consistency, and unrelenting focus on doing an outstanding job, the remaining box will be ticked soon enough.
In the meantime though, I am really having a lot of fun! 🥰
