🚩Thinking you know better.
🚩Not asking the right questions.
🚩Going head-first into solution mode before understanding nuance.
🚩Forgetting that #empathy is the critical bit in problem solving, and that technical competence comes second…
All of the above usually happens when you don’t have a
#BusinessAnalyst on a project.
👉🏻What problem are we solving?
No, what’s the real problem?
👉🏻Who are we solving for?
The users – to make their lives better?
The managers – to make their numbers look better?
The so-called leaders – to make their ego get more puffed up?

Our job as the Business Analyst is to understand the What, Who and Why.
It’s the builder’s job – the Architects, the Consultants, the Developers – who will answer the How.
Aand the #RealProjectManagers will answer the When and How Much 💰😬
