With just a few shapes and some basic rules, I can teach anyone how to draw process maps that are simple, elegant and able to beautifully convey the right amount of information.

When doing #Salesforce Discoveries, you will need to first understand your client’s pain points in their business.

First, you listen deeply.
You ask questions to gain insight and peel back layers to get clarity.
Then you show what you’ve learned and understood in the process diagrams that you draw.

This is not a difficult thing to do, as long as you follow a few simple rules.
Some consultants think that they need to create complicated diagrams to show how much they know, but I can almost always find a way to simplify.
