Transparency creates trust.

Transparency creates trust.
And trust creates a safe and secure environment to have open conversations about expectations and boundaries. ❤

I had a really good conversation with Deepthi Daita, an Implementation Architect at Salesforce about a range of things.

We walked a similar path, and had so many topics to talk about.
We talked about how we dealt with discrimination in our careers, especially being women in the tech world.

The theme comes up again and again, how the human aspect is so much more crucial than the technical side of implementation.

One of the things I’ve found is that companies that have a culture that encourages the politicking game do not value transparency.

This means that rumours are rampant, and the level of distrust is high resulting in people not feeling safe about their place in the organisation, and their jobs. 😟

As a result, delivered work is sub-par.

I am passionate about doing work that matters to people who care.

This means creating a movement around raising the bar and standards for #Salesforce project delivery through my Masterclasses.

This means continuously emphasising the human side of things, the emotional labour of caring by listening.

This means consistently talking about empathy and being kind, and growing, and creating forward motion for yourself and for others.

If status quo isn’t good enough, then it’s up to me and you to change the culture. Sign up to my newsletter to keep up to date with me, link 👇🏻.

My #podcast with Deepthi drops next Monday 16 August.
Tune in to hear more good stuff from our conversation! 😊
