When everyone started talking about #wordle, I was intrigued.
You get presented with a 5×6 grid.
But..
How do you start?
What are the rules?
How do you win?
Is there a time limit?
Who’s keeping score?
How many players are there?
How do you outfox your opponent, if there is one?
If you don’t know the rules, you could win by bumbling along.
But who wants to bumble through life, and work?
To make sure you’re #winning, you need to know the rules of the game, and the strategies that allow you to get ahead again and again.
Learning to understand human behaviour is the foundation of understanding #SelfDevelopment and #Leadership.
That, in turn, allows me to excel in my field of #ProjectManagement and #CRM and #Salesforce Consulting.
It’s not magic.
It’s just years of experience and watching how patterns of behaviour produce the same outcomes time and time again, and drawing specific lessons and conclusions.
It’s realising that if people knew how the game is played, then they can shortcut their learning process and get to the results that they want easier.
