Is a business newsletter the place for a budding artist to share her art?

Ninja#3 thought I lost 4 subscribers to my newsletter due to her drawings, so she felt very upset and didn’t want to draw anymore.

I told her that it was probably because I messed up trying to retro-fit my writing to her drawing and it was my fault that the message probably didn’t come out quite right.
Maybe annoyed a few readers, who knows? 🤷‍♀️

To be honest, I don’t care.

My newsletter is my platform where I can write about the things that are important to me, that I know others find interesting too – such as:
– Project Management & Leadership
– Delivery & Implementation
– Consulting Life

Sometimes I focus on the Consulting career
– Partner vs Client/End user
– Contracting vs Permanent
– Small/boutique size Parter vs Global Partners

I love writing, and I love having her as a part of my weekly effort, which she does with lots of enthusiasm.

This week, I share an Industry Secret from the #Salesforce / #Microsoft / Software Partner Consulting world (but if you’ve been following me here, you’ll know what it is 😁). Link to subscribe 👇 in comments)

Anyway, I told Ninja#3 not to worry about vanity metrics.
We will do us.

And so, my creative director will return next Friday ❤
